Anglepoise Original 1227 Mini Desk Lamp Dove Grey

The Original 1227 Mini desk lamp is the latest incarnation of George Cawardine's 1934 design, which to this day is still made by the same family owned business here in the UK. Reducing the size of the original design to suit smaller spaces or surfaces, this iconic light features all the hallmarks of an Anglepoise piece including articulated aluminium arms, traditional stepped base and signature domed shade. The novel formula of constant-tension springs, still used across the businesses premium lighting collections, enables this functional desk lamp to easily pivot and angle light in any direction, with a smooth gliding motion that can be repositioned with the slightest of touches while remaining stable once in place.
