What you need to know Medium comfort level. Seat suspension: spring. Seat cushioning: foam. Seat cushion is fixed. Back cushioning: luxury fibre. Back cushion is fixed. On glides. Please allow time for the lift, rise and recline mechanism to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Leather softens with use. Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly.
