mysmartbuy Adjustable Bed Wedge Pillow - Sloping Soft Foam Cushion with Gel Infused Memory Foam, Removable Headrest or Lumbar Support & Cover in Grey

By far the best 'bed wedge' we've found, this one can be used at all sorts of angles to support your back, head, even your knees. Use it upright with the headrest for reading or watching TV, the cushion supporting the natural curve of your spine and minimising pressure points. Use it in the reclined position to gently elevate your upper body, ideal if you suffer from hiatus hernia, reflux, or are recovering from hip surgery. Or use it as a leg pillow to elevate swollen ankles, rest tired legs or ease knee pain. The headrest can even be removed to use as a separate lumbar cushion. Not just incredibly versatile, this wedge is also extremely comfortable, the high-density foam inner topped with a layer of gel-infused memory foam to help keep you cool.
