The 'Upstairs' comes complete with balustrade, ladder and banister rail. Made in the UK with high grade shiplap timber over sturdy 34 mm framing with T&G roof and floor. The door is fitted with a full length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the 5 windows are glazed with acrylic. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
