The contemporary Miami Summerhouse is a stunning design updating the traditional summerhouse into a modern garden room. There are three large fixed windows and two small opening windows to give lots of natural light. The building is constructed on strong 44 x 70 mm (2" x 3") square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, northern European pine. The roof is 12mm T&G with roof felt supplied to complete the exterior. The floor is strong 16 mm T&G. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat. If you purchase the assembly service prior to the assembly of your garden building, we will need a base which is flat and level to a sufficient size. To ensure that you have a suitable base in situ, we will contact you to check this and once this has passed, we will contact you to book the delivery and assembly service. When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment.
