The results are wide: 5 of 15 retailers offer free standard delivery (a couple only above a low order-value threshold — see each retailer's own policy for the small print), while the most expensive charges £119.95 for a white-glove, room-of-choice service.
The median standard delivery charge is £3.99 — but the average (£30.72) is pulled much higher by a handful of premium retailers charging £75–£120 for delivery and unpacking. A single average doesn't tell the real story here; the table below does.
