Back suspension: webbing. Back cushioning: fibre. Back cushioning is fixed. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly. To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushion’s top two corners and the seat cushion’s outer two corners, and pinch outwards. Please allow time for new recliners to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of recliner motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Leather has unique marks and characteristics with variation in colour and texture. Leather softens with use. Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort. Please read our upholstery care guide for more advice.
